To view to the Canadian parts assortment, simply click the Canadian flag at the top of the assortment screen, the system will remember your preferences and offer you the Canadian Assortment thereafter.

Toilet Part Test - For Pacific Northwest and Pacific North Regions ONLY:

American Standard toilet parts are now available on RPP as a test category. In order to control the test, these parts are only offered to the following regions at this time: Pacific Northwest and Pacific North.

  • The test includes American Standard toilet parts.
  • The category is only available to the stores in the Pacific Northwest and Pacific North at this time (the SKUS are marked accordingly). Orders placed for other stores will be cancelled.
  • Available parts for this category will include: tank lids, handles, seats, hardware kits, and replacement boxes.
  • Parts should be ordered to repair damaged items on the floor for sale or to maintain displays only.
  • Contact Kendra Joyce at 847-769-3909 with questions or concerns.

Pod Inventory Report

The link below will provide you a monthly update of pod displays that are currently out of stock at Signum. Orders for these displays are currently taking longer than the normal 7 to 10 day lead time. Signum is working with the specific manufacturers to replenish the supply. If you have an order outstanding for one of these pods, it will ship when Signum recieves the stock. Please do not enter a duplicate order for the display.

Notice

Due to their annual inventory, Brinkmann will not be shipping orders processed through RPP the week of March 3rd. Any orders entered for Brinkmann grill parts from March 3rd through March 9th will be processed and shipped the week of March 10th.
