The Replacement Parts Pros  
We have acquired access to a limited quantity of replacement parts for Brinkmann grills through a third party.

We will identify any outstanding orders that can now be filled and notify you via email and account history.

Shipments are still arriving and we are updating the site as parts are made available.

If there is still a need for these parts, please reorder them. If you have outstanding orders that have not been marked for reorder, please be patient, we will notify you when those parts become available. If you no longer need the parts, there is nothing you need to do, all orders that cannot be filled will be canceled.

RPP Canada

To view to the Canadian parts assortment, simply click the Canadian flag at the top of the assortment screen, the system will remember your preferences and offer you the Canadian Assortment thereafter.

Store Usage Reports

As part of our efforts to keep you aware of all the ways you can use RPP to service your aisles and customers, we have created a new suite of reports.

Maanagers can easily see usage by store and by department and identify stores that may not know about the benefits of using RPP.

Pod Inventory Report

The link below will provide you a monthly update of pod displays that are currently out of stock at Signum. Orders for these displays are currently taking longer than the normal 7 to 10 day lead time. Signum is working with the specific manufacturers to replenish the supply. If you have an order outstanding for one of these pods, it will ship when Signum recieves the stock. Please do not enter a duplicate order for the display.

If you are currently awaiting an order for a particular pod display, please do not place a duplicate order request, as it will be marked to "will not ship" by Signum. All pod display orders in "processing" status will ship, and duplicate orders will further delay the process. You can look up existing orders for your store by running the Store Order History report, which is available on the right hand tool bar of RPP.

Parts and displays from the following manufacturers have recently been added to RPP

D.26/29 - Elkay
The hook and ledge for the Elkay Magna sink (SKU 1000-055-261) have been added for ordering on RPP.

D.28 Grills - Onward Manufacturing (Huntington) and Vision Grills
SKUs from Masterbuilt will also be available for ordering within the next few weeks.

Please note that Onward Manufacuting (Huntington), Weber, and Nexgrill require a serial number of the grill to be entered into the comments field when placing parts orders. In addition, for customer parts orders, Weber and Vision Grills have provided their 1-800 number under the description of each grill.

D.30 - Andersen Storm Door Displays and Parts
This is a new category/department! Andersen will ship to The Home Depot store addresses only, and the 1-800 number listed in the first bullet point under each product should be used for customer issues.
